Description Centripetal Spring Chair, circa 1849, designed by Thomas E. Warren, manufactured by the American Chair Company, Troy, New York. Exhibited in the 1851 Great Exhibition of the Works of Industry of all Nations, in the Crystal Palace, London. Exhibit in the Wolfsonian-Florida International University Museum, 1001 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida, USA. Photography was permitted in this area of the museum without restrictions.
