Semi-protection: Persistent vandalism.  🇮🇱🇺🇸JayCubby has an NPOV on the Isr.-Pal. Conflict🇮🇱🇺🇸  talk 14:12, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Declined – No changes to the current protection level are required at this point in time. Berig (talk) 20:27, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Temporary semi-protection: BLP policy violations – random IP editors upset (imo rightfully so) adding unsourced OR/SYNTH to the page after congresspersons recent statements to palestinian peace protesters. LegalSmeagolian (talk) 16:26, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Extended confirmed protected for a period of 1 year, after which the page will be automatically unprotected. Logged as enforcement for WP:CT/A-I. @LegalSmeagolian: While I have protected it due to vandalism and bad faith edits, I would strongly recommend reading MOS:BLPLEAD and WP:UNDUE. Daniel Quinlan (talk) 22:21, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Temporary pending changes protection: Sockpuppetry. Shadow311 (talk) 16:28, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protected for a period of 3 months, after which the page will be automatically unprotected. Daniel Quinlan (talk) 22:27, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

DeclinedWarn the user appropriately then report them to AIV or ANI if they continue. @Butlerblog: It would be good to start with some user talk page notices explaining the reversions with the relevant MOS guidelines. Daniel Quinlan (talk) 22:31, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Reason: Lots of vandalism. Toketaatalk 17:04, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protected for a period of 3 days, after which the page will be automatically unprotected. @Hotwiki: Why do you have "The" tacked on the front of your username in your signature? Please see WP:CUSTOMSIG/P. Also, it might be a good idea to add an inline comment to that section of the article. Daniel Quinlan (talk) 22:38, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Indefinite extended confirmed protection: Arbitration enforcement – WP:A/I/PIA. nableezy - 19:00, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@El C: I was looking at this one right and took too long to decide on a course of action. It might be worth considering one year instead of indefinite. The article has only had two edits since June and only one of those was problematic. Daniel Quinlan (talk) 23:18, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protection: Persistent vandalism – Persistent unexplained date-changing contrary to source, by IPs and by now-blocked new accounts User:ElectricSamoa and User:InternalSesaleBobaYozera. That last one has created Draft:InternalSesaleBobaYozera with the text "InternalSesaleBobaYozera‬ is an internet troll dedicated solely to renaming Jerome Foster II birthday to March 10 instead of March 9. We will never stop until the date is gonna be changed to March 10.". NebY (talk) 19:04, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protected for a period of 2 months, after which the page will be automatically unprotected. El_C 22:58, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Reason: Temp semi protection. The pending changes is working but oh my god is it annoying to manage and I have seen 10+ pending edits stacked on each other. Toketaatalk 19:20, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Temporary semi-protection: Edit warring / content dispute. – 64andtim (talk) 19:57, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

It's not really a content dispute. People are adding the wrong date of death over and over. Additionally the article is getting hit with spam. Philipnelson99 (talk) 19:59, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It might be persistent disruptive editing… – 64andtim (talk) 20:06, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Seems to have subsided thankfully. Philipnelson99 (talk) 20:10, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
