These were inspired by the rolled crispy phyllo by @lilygbakes Ingredients: * 1-16 oz package phyllo (18 sheets). * 8 oz feta (slice lengthwise into long rectangles). * 8 oz butter (melted, you might have some leftover). * 1/3 cup fig preserves. * 3 tbsp chives (chopped). * 1/4 cup chopped pistachios. * Honey to taste (about 1/2-1 tbsp per bite). * Chipotle powder to taste (I did about 1 tsp). * Salt and pepper to taste. Directions: 1. Fold your filo in half lenghtwise and then cut. Roll the half back up in the plastic it comes in and store for later use. 2. Add some melted butter in between a couple of the filo sheets. I did about 2-3 tbsp of melted butter. 3.
