1. How can I purchase BBC Merchandise/DVDs?

It is not possible to buy DVDs, Blu-ray discs, toys, games or other BBC related products direct from the BBC in the UK.

BBC Studios will continue to license and publish a selection of DVDs, Blu-ray discs and other consumer products which can be bought from a wide range of online and local retailers.

Please note that not all BBC programmes are commercially available. For general DVD enquiries, please contactDVDenquiry@bbc.com. For faulty DVDs and Blu-ray discs email: DVDSupport@bbc.com

If you are a student/journalist/member of the public and wish to view an archive TV programme, please contact the BFI’s National Archive.

2. YouTube enquiries/feedback

Enquiries and feedback about the BBC Studios YouTube channels can be emailed to the team at: BBCStudios.YouTube.Channels@bbc.com.

3. Where can I buy mugs, toys, games and other merchandise?

BBC Studios works with external organisations to create merchandise based on BBC favourites such as Doctor Who and CBeebies. You can buy these products from many online and local retailers.

4. Who can I contact to report an issue with a BBC Studios licenced consumer product?

Please contact the manufacturer in the first instance, as they are best placed to assist you.  This information will often be available on the product’s packaging or on the product itself.

5. Can I access BBC material for educational or training purposes?

It is sometimes possible to arrange for legitimate educational establishments to access BBC material for educational or training purposes. For more information, please refer to BBC Studios Learning.

6. BBC iPlayer

BBC iPlayer is a service for people in the UK. Due to rights agreements, you can only download or stream BBC iPlayer television programmes while you are inside the UK.

7. Can I get a copy of a BBC programme?

If you are interested in purchasing a copy of a programme or series you have watched on our channels, please check commercial availability via online or local retailers. Please note that not all programmes are commercially available.

For a number of reasons related to rights and resources, the BBC is unable to loan out programme material to members of the public and it does not hold a stock of review copies to give away.

If you are a student/journalist/member of the public and wish to view an archive TV programme, please contact the BFI’s National Archive.

If you, or your company, organisation or property has been featured in a BBC programme, you may be able to purchase a copy. If you would like to request a copy please fill out the form on the BBC website.

10. Technical issues with Our Television Channels

If you are experiencing technical problems with any of our international TV channels, please contact your operator first. If they are unable to help, please get in touch with us via the BBC Studios Channels website.

In order for us to investigate fully, we will need details of the dates and times at which the problem occurred, the name of the programme and the channel and country in which you are watching. In addition, please tell us through which operator you receive our channels.
