Pasenger dies in crash in Howell County, Mo.

NEAR WILLOW SPRINGS, Mo. (KY3) - A woman died in a crash in Howell County.
Troopers identified the victim as Wanda Franklin, 63, of Houston, Mo. She was a passenger in the vehicle.
Troopers responded to the crash on U.S. 60, five miles west of Willow Springs. Troopers say the vehicle traveled off the side of the roadway, striking an embankment and hitting a tree.
The driver of the vehicle suffered minor injuries in the crash.
