We intended to breast feed but baby had other ideas. I literally had no clue about formula feeding so it was a massive shock to have to research it and find out what was best. We discovered this machine and ordered one. It took the stress away from bottle making. It made our lives so much easier. I can’t exiles how much we loved and relied on this machine. It’s so so helpful and reliable. Just clean it regularly and use the branded filters. We have only just got rid of ours since baby is 13 months old and doesn’t have formula any more.
I opened it up before we got rid of it and it was spotless inside.

My son had a lot of issues at birth with his blood sugar. He needed to be on special feeds to keep him stable and was in NICU for weeks. Between the stress and his inability to eat my milk, I struggled to produce enough food for him. Then not only a couple weeks after coming home he suddenly developed an intolerance to milk. We were given a prescribed allergy formula to feed him and we found that using the kettle to make the feed ans wait for it to cool down was harrowing. He would scream and scream for food if we didn't manage to anticipate him well enough in advance, which made getting any sleep that much worse.

That's where this machine came in! With all the difficulties we had experienced so far, this came in like a soothing balm. It made his food in a minute on demand, minimal waiting. We were finally able to sleep a little longer without needing to be up and down making his next feed in advance. It was never too hot or too cold and our son really enjoyed the temperature.

I have heard that instant prep machines can cause stomach issues. I will say we did not experience that ourselves, but that might he attributed to the machines hot shot feature. When it first injects the hot water, SHAKE WELL. The boiling water kills bacteria so make sure to shake when it's hot and not after the cool water was added.

This machine is an absolute life saver, especially through the night. The video I’ve made is in real time so that you can see the time it takes to make the bottle. I take mine upstairs on a night so that I don’t have to leave the bedroom when feeding. The machine is quite noisy so it’s inevitable that myself or my partner will wake up when the feed is being made, but it’s better than a cold trek downstairs!

This is genuinely one of the only baby items that I would recommend for anyone to purchase if they are bottle feeding.

This machine is amazing as soon as you need a bottle, youve got one. It literally only takes two minutes and you have a perfect bottle of milk. The only downside ive noticed in this recent hot weather is that when its a really hot day it will warm the water tank up which gives you a message saying the tank is too hot but this can be solved by only putting a bottles worth of water in at a time on those really hot days (around 30 degress c)

As new parents, we were excited to save time making bottles and decided to purchase this product. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of judging it by its cover and didn't read all the details. While this may not be the case for everyone, it made our baby very unwell, so we ended up returning it and getting a refund. We spent weeks trying to figure out why our little one was fussy during and after feeds, appearing unhappy and experiencing discomfort like wind, tummy upsets, and aches. Initially, we thought it was colic. However, we discovered that the measurements were significantly off when we selected 4oz (120ml), with the actual amounts being close to 4 1/2 oz (140ml). Moreover, the amount of water seemed to increase over time, contrary to the recommended range of only 5% deviation from the actual measurements according to Tommee Tippee. We tried deep cleaning and other methods, but nothing changed. Finally, we took a break and returned to the traditional pre-made/kettle method, and within a couple of days, we noticed a remarkable difference in our baby's mood. It's been almost 5 days now, and she smiles a lot more, feeds happily, and there's no struggle to consume formula. Her overall mood has improved significantly. Later on, we discovered that the NHS and Food Standards Agency had raised concerns about this product. Again, this may not be the case for everyone, but if you're puzzled about why your newborn seems unhappy, distressed, or agitated, I suggest discontinuing the use of this product for a couple of days to see if it makes a difference. it's hard work making a bottle the kettle way but i'd rather do that than make my baby unwell.
