Edition statement appears on title page between the words "estats de Paris" and "augmentee"

"Discours" (leaves 85-96) identifies a Spanish drug "Higuiero d'infierno" as the prickly-pear cactus found in the West Indies
"Le supplement du catholicon" (leaves [97-144]) has special title page and separate signatures
