Kia India announces nationwide service camp from 27th June to 3rd July

  • Kia India will be performing complimentary 36-point health checks, AC disinfectant and car wash at the service camp.

Kia India has announced that they will be hosting an ownership service camp at all authorized Kia service outlets nationally. It is scheduled to take place between June 27 and July 3, 2024. Kia says that they want to enhance customer engagement, promote aftersales services, and build stronger relationships with vehicle owners.

During the camp, customers will get a complimentary 36-point health check covering critical areas such as the vehicle's exterior, interior, engine bay, underbody, and road tests. Customers will also receive a complementary AC disinfectant and car wash service.

Along with free car check-up and washes, Kia will also offer discounts on various aftersales initiatives, including a 20 per cent discount on car care services, a 10 per cent discount on Road Side Assistance (RSA) plans, and a 5 per cent discount on accessories. Apart from this, Kia will also do CSR-focused activities like blood donation camp and free eye check-up.

This is not the first time that Kia has announced a service camp. The manufacturer also hosts a camp for monsoon where they also offer similar services. Mr. Myung-sik Sohn, Chief Sales Officer, Kia India said, “Customer satisfaction is extremely important to build a sustainable brand. And, we are committed to ensuring our customers enjoy the highest levels of safety, comfort, and convenience throughout their ownership journey with these service camps."

Kia is currently working on two new vehicles for the Indian market. There is a new generation of Carnival as well as an all-new SUV which is expected to be called Clavis. It would sit between the Sonet and the Seltos, creating a whole new segment.

Kia India recently announced that they achieved a significant milestone of exporting over 2.5 lakh vehicles from India. Since 2019, the company has shipped 2,55,133 units internationally to over 100 markets from its Anantapur manufacturing facility. The Seltos has been the major contributor, accounting for 59 per cent of the company’s overall overseas dispatches whereas the Sonet and Carens contributed 34 per cent and 7 per cent.
