Lik Dr Disrespecta nastao je tako što je Doc igrao igru Halo 2 na Xbox-u, a koji je imao voice chat, gdje su se igrači mogli međusobno angažovati, u pravom vremenu. To je stvorilo priliku Docu da pokaže "dominantan lik", budući da je bio prilično dobar u igri.
