Max Kestner’s Life and Other Problems to open CPH:DOX 2024
The Danish documentary Life and Other Problems has been selected as the opening film at the 21st edition of CPH:DOX. The opening gala will be held on March 12 in Copenhagen at the Conservatory's Concert Hall, where director Max Kestner and a number of the film's participants will be present. The next edition of CPH:DOX runs March 13-24.
CPH:DOX: the body as a battleground; a new inclusive festival cinema
With a focus on everything from fertility and 'ableism' to discrimination and trauma, CPH:DOX 2024 will engage in conversations about the body as a battleground. The festival also introduces a new cinema at the Kunsthal Charlottenborg festival centre, designed to be more inclusive for guests with disabilities. The 21st CPH:DOX runs March 13-24, 2024.
CPH:DOX, EAVE and IMS announce project selection for 3rd CHANGE
Eight teams will join the co-production training workshop series for documentary projects from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine. The series kicks off in Tbilisi, Georgia in November 2023, moves to Chisinau, Moldova in January 2024 before culminating at CPH:DOX in Copenhagen in March 2024.
CPH:DOX announces new CPH:LAB projects
Nine new international immersive documentary projects have been selected for CPH:DOX’s talent development and training programme CPH:LAB. The participants will go through an intense development phase and be ready to present their prototypes at CPH:DOX 2024, which takes place in Copenhagen March 13-24, 2024.
