From starting their journey at NEXT Canada to achieving over $1B in sales, co-founders of Super.com have an interesting story to share… In the most recent Founders Mindset Session, Reza Satchu was joined by Hussein Fazal & Henry Shi (NEXT36 Alumni) to explore how these cofounders are revolutionizing the e-commerce space. ⚡Today, Super.com has achieved over $1B in sales, 50+ million users, and $150MM+ USD in funding, including an investment from 2x NBA MVP Stephen Curry. Henry's encouragement to "continue to think big and take big swings,” is a reminder that big ideas and bold moves are a key part of the entrepreneurial journey. #NEXTCanada #NEXT36 #Super #FoundersJourney

At NEXT Canada, we are thrilled to be celebrating Toronto Pride Week and embracing individuality within our community... 🏳️🌈 An inspiring message from our CEO Kyle J Winters on the importance of recognizing #DiversityAndInclusion within the workplace. #NEXTCanada #PrideMonth #PrideTO #PrideToronto #Pride2024 #DEI
There are many aspects of my job that I absolutely love. One, that I didn't consider a few decades ago, was the impact that I could have as an openly gay leader. It’s one thing to hope to blend in and to be part of a team – but it’s another thing altogether to recognize that what sets you apart from others can be a great strength, and possibly an inspiration for those who may feel left out. As an openly gay CEO, I have had the opportunity to be a role model, and advisor. Over the past few years, I’ve been humbled by several program participants who have sought out my advice on navigating their entrepreneurial careers as members of the LGBTQ+ community. I really didn't expect this to be part of my job, but it brings me great joy - and yes, pride. It's Pride Weekend in Toronto, and I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire NEXT Canada community who embrace diversity, celebrate individuality, and champion those who are contributing to a better society. At NEXT Canada we are fuelling a more prosperous Canada from coast to coast. I hope you have a great weekend – Happy Pride 2024! #Pride2024 #LGBTQLeadership #DiversityAndInclusion #NEXTCanada #PrideToronto #Leadership #CanadianProsperity #innovation #PrideMonth
