Company Description

For over 40 years, Fabric Frontline has been creating the most famous and unique designs on silk, originally launching in couture fabrics for big names such as Chanel, Dior and Vivienne Westwood and working with celebrities like Cecilia Bartoli and Gilbert & George. In 2022, Fabric Frontline was bought by the Lalique Group and will be relaunching the brand in Spring 2025 with a new vibe in luxury lifestyle and accessories.


Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Head of Marketing at Fabric Frontline. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for market planning, marketing management, market research, sales, and public relations. This is a hybrid role, located in Zurich with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research skills
  • Sales and Public Relations skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Experience in the textile or fashion industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field


Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with the company's values, target audience, and long-term goals. Ensure that the brand's identity and messaging are consistent across all marketing and PR efforts.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns that showcase the luxury and quality of the products. This may include developing visually appealing advertisements, brochures, and online content.
  • Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, bloggers, influencers, and industry stakeholders. Use these relationships to secure press coverage and positive mentions in relevant publications nationally and internationally.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality content that highlights the unique features and craftsmanship of our luxury textiles. This could include website content, product descriptions, blog posts, social media updates, and videos.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media profiles to engage with audiences, share compelling content, and create a sense of exclusivity and luxury around our products.
  • Event Management: Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exclusive product launches.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and engagement. This might involve creating loyalty programs, gathering feedback, and responding to stakeholder inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Market Research: Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences in the luxury industry. Use this information to refine marketing and PR strategies.
  • Measurement and Analytics: Use data analytic tools to measure the success of marketing campaigns and PR efforts. Adjust strategies based on performance metrics to optimize results.
  • Digital Marketing: Utilize digital marketing channels, such as email marketing, pay-per-click advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO), to reach the company’s target audience and drive online sales.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing and PR budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated to initiatives with the highest return on investment.
  • Crisis Management: Develop a crisis communication plan to handle any negative publicity or issues that may arise. Swift and effective response can help protect the brand's reputation.
  • Sustainability and Ethical Marketing: In the context of increasing consumer demand for sustainable and ethical products, consider incorporating sustainability initiatives into marketing and PR planning.
  • Collaborations and Partnerships: Explore collaborations with other luxury brands or designers to create exclusive collections or limited-edition products, which can generate buzz, attract new customers and establish desired brand positioning.


Languages: German and English fluent required, French desirable
