- This image shows a flag, a coat of arms, a seal or some other official insignia. The use of such symbols is restricted in many countries. These restrictions are independent of the copyright status. October is the time I uploaded the file. --Flad (talk) 11:58, 20 October 2008 (UTC)
- Delete. There is no evidence that this is a free image, it looks like it is just copied from www.royal-maroc.net. That it is an official insignia does not say anything about the copyright status, only that there may be other kinds of restrictions. /Ö 00:15, 10 January 2009 (UTC)
