@AntanO: , There are numerous files published as own work in Category:Indian election symbols, so I simply followed the same procedure. I think you are having issue with publishing this file as own work, so I'm changing the licensing to public domain with ECI as owner of the original work and quoting the source also. Deleted: per nomination, no evidence this image is in PD, Commons:Deletion requests/Indian Election Symbols, Party Symbols and Logos had a procedural close without evaluation of each symbol. this is a photo of a 3D object, so copyright of the photograper or of the political party.
