PD-AR-Photo de la Guerra de Malvinas 2

edit

All those files of a 1982 event are tagged with the {{PD-AR-Photo}} licence. As such, they are in public domain in Argentina since 2007, 25 years afterwards. However, they were still under copyright at the URAA date (1996, just 14 years later, see here), and as such they are still under copyright at the US. Thus, they should be deleted. The 30º anniversary of the war is in two months and there will be high interest in the topic, so this issue should be clarified beforehand.

Note that this deletion request is only for the images of the conflict using the PD-AR-Photo tag. Photos from the category but with other licences are not involved here. However, there are many suspicious "own works" around, but I will consider them in different DR if needed.

There was an earlier DR about this, Commons:Deletion requests/PD-AR-Photo de la Guerra de Malvinas. I declined it because the Spanish wikipedia began to discuss local uploads. However, the discussion ended shortly afterwards, and there was no further discussions since months ago. I asked for clarification, and I was told that they are not going to do it, for legal concerns. So, here we go: if the images will not be moved, they should be deleted.
