The following are resources which I have gained permission for us to use on Commons, and detail the licencing requirements for use of those materials:
- www.kremlin.ru - all materials from the Kremlin website have been licenced under {{CC-BY-3.0}}. Please use {{Kremlin.ru}} for the permission, and this will place the file in Category:Kremlin.ru as well.
- www.rusemb.at - all materials from the Embassy of Russia in Vienna website have been licenced under {{CC-BY-3.0}}. Please use {{Rusemb.at}} for the permission, and this will place the file in Category:Rusemb.at as well.
