Item 3 reads like some variant of CC-BY. Item 4 says they are reserving rights that are not theirs since some works are not theirs. A charitable read would suggest CC-BY but this copyright statement is very problematic. Mys_721tx (talk) 01:53, 26 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
