Complex British logo, see COM:TOO#United Kingdom. Stefan4 (talk) 18:14, 22 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You need a better case than that imo. How is the work copyrighted? And therefore too complex? Flickrworker (talk) 20:27, 22 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
It contains letters and lines arranged in a way which is more complex than the "E" in w:File:EDGE magazine (logo).svg which a British court found was sufficiently complex for copyright protection. --Stefan4 (talk) 20:30, 22 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for that the link you gave is a bit rubbish for the UK. Just a bunch of red links for what you're not meant to do and no examples which are allowable. So the clarification is helpful. Flickrworker (talk) 20:45, 22 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This image only consists of simple geometric shapes and/or text. It does not meet the threshold of originality needed for copyright protection, and is therefore in the public domain.--EEIM (talk) 03:10, 23 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

As stated in the nomination, it does not only consist of simple geometric shapes and/or text, per COM:TOO#United Kingdom. --Stefan4 (talk) 14:08, 23 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
