Unclear copyright status. In most countries, all paintings, sculpture, architecture, text, and other creative works have copyrights which last for 70 years after the death of the creator. An image of a work that is still under copyright is a derivative work, and infringes on the copyright so that we cannot usually keep the image on Commons. In some countries, there is a special exception to the copyright law which allows such images under certain circumstances. We call that exception freedom of panorama (FOP). Unfortunately there is no applicable FOP exception in Sweden. --> considering an indoor shot derivated from (as indicated) a "cardboard cutout of Britney Spears used to promote the album Circus in a record store in Sweden" (main focus of the photo) which may not be covered by COM:FOP#Sweden, considering unlikely permanently located at the location and most likely only installed for temporary advertising.  Keep I read Swedish chapter from COM:FOP and I did not found restrictions indoors (except for artworks, but this photo is not an artwork). Summary table says, that there is probably freedom of panorama in Sweden indoors also. Temporary location is not important. Taivo (talk) 09:52, 22 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Hm... well, I doubt that in Sweden it is allowed (hypothetical, but similar case) to go into a music store, photographing all available national and international album covers and storing them here as "free" (COM:DW). Article 4/5 may be related. Nevertheless I called attention to this discussion at Swedish forum to clarify the copyright status, so... hold on a bit, as I am not familiar with Swedish copyrights.  Delete No FOP for temporary objects or objects placed indoors. The records in the background are clearly demimis, but Britney is not. If this had been a photo of a statue of Britney placed in a public place outdoors in Sweden, it would have been ok. Nasko (talk) 19:44, 22 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Delete Not located outdoors and not permanently located, so not eligiable for FoP. /ℇsquilo 15:32, 27 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
