  • Keep image. This image appears to me to be a legitimate Creative Commons submission to the Wikimedia Commons from Dmitri Drujinin, who is a person known to me to be (as of May, 2021) an administrator of the internet office representing Diana Ankudinova and her mother and business manager, Irina Anatolyevna Ponik. My understanding is that this image is one of a series of photos of Diana Ankudinova commissioned by Irina Ponik. Only Irina Ponik and her authorized business representatives (such as Dmitri Drujinin) can legally request deletion of this image as a copyright violation.
Requests for deletions due to copyright violations made by a person identified only by an IP address must be regarded with very great suspicion.
I request that this image be left in place on Wikimedia Commons unless further information later appears that contradicts the assertions that I have made above. X5dna (talk) 06:12, 11 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep - I'm inclined to believe X5dna, and even the IP doesn't know it is infringing, it is a guess based solely on the quality of the image, I assume. Quality is not a good indicator of license status. In the absence of any actual evidence of infringement, or any rationale really, other than the implied "it's too good to be Free", keep seems to be the best solution, again, per X5dna. Kept: per x5dna. --Sanandros (talk) 19:10, 19 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
