Keep. The Flame Towers aren't the main object of this photo. Here we can see general view. Actually we already had a discussion according that general views should be kept. --Interfase (talk) 12:41, 22 September 2013 (UTC)
Delete To say these aren't the main object of this photo is bizarre and demonstrably wrong. Size isn't the only consideration; one has to consider intent. Per the guidelines at COM:DM:
- 1) the file is in use to illustrate X: Yes - w:Flame Towers
- 2) the file is categorised in relation to X: Yes - in Category:Flame Towers
- 3) X is referenced in the filename: Yes
- 4) X is referenced in the description: Yes
