Keep while South Kivu is located in Congo-Kinshasa (no FOP in that country though), the image doesn't show a modern building or a sculpture/monument. No copyrightable FOP-reliant object found. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 13:59, 8 March 2021 (UTC)
