No FOP in Azerbaijan, this is an image of the newly built Flaming towers, while the mosque takes a tertiary position. There are other pictures of the mosque that don't include the towers.
- Clearly the photographer was more concerned about getting a picture of the towers, because he missed the lower half of this building. Other pictures of the building are available.

Keep. The Flame Towers aren't the main object of this photo. Here we can see mostly old buildings of Baku, including the mosque of the 17th century. Actually we already had a discussion according that general views should be kept. --Interfase (talk) 12:29, 22 September 2013 (UTC)
