Of course you can, but I don't think that's why you're actually doing this. I think you're doing this to be wholly disruptive because we didn't let you overwrite this image the way you wanted to, and deleted your silly duplicate file, and you don't understand the reasons for either. I don't care about the license, I care about your recent behaviour and whether or not that is playing a part in why you nominated one of your own uploads after you were repeatedly told not to violate COM:Overwrite and then you uploaded your different version elsewhere and no longer have any need for this one.
