Derivative work of a non-free picture. This purports to be released under GPL v2+. The background image, though, is part of the "luna-wallpapers" collection available for download from https://launchpad.net/elementaryos/0.2-luna/luna-wallpapers/. That collection includes a LICENSE file that says of this file, The following files are licensed and redistributed non-commercially with permission from "bo0xVn" <http://bo0xvn.deviantart.com/>. The source on DeviantArt is https://www.deviantart.com/bo0xvn/art/2-194739237, which credits pausimausi on sxc.hu: http://www.sxc.hu/photo/1293225. That link is dead, but the Wayback machine has an archived version which has a link to their usage restrictions, which include SELLING AND REDISTRIBUTION OF THE IMAGE (INDIVIDUALLY OR ALONG WITH OTHER IMAGES) IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!
