No freedom of panorama in the United States. At least 5 sculptures are prominantly dispayed in this image of the sculpture park and all of which are still under copyright. Since the image is of the sculpture park "de minimis" doesnt apply. Found5dollar (talk) 23:15, 21 August 2020 (UTC)
Kept: I'm going to say DM does apply in this case. I can see 2 sculptures. The one is hidden behind a tree the other is dark and indistinct. The subject of this photo is clearly the skyline. --Gbawden (talk) 10:19, 17 February 2021 (UTC)
