Description
English: Ann Penn Allen. Daughter of James, Granddaughter of William Allen. Ann Penn Allen lived in Colonial and later the Village of Northampton until about 1820, and played a significant part of it becoming a borough. It was largely due to her actions the borough was named "Allentown". (Date of Portrait unknown)
