Description
Italiano: I cantucci o cantuccini o biscotti di Prato o biscotti etruschi, sono uno dei maggiori vanti dolciari della cucina toscana. Sono biscotti secchi alle mandorle, ottenuti tagliando a fette il filoncino di impasto ancora caldo. Fanno parte dei più tipici dessert della tradizione culinaria toscana, soprattutto accoppiati al vin santo.
Nederlands: Cantuci (of cantuccini, biscotti di Prato) zijn typisch Italiaanse amandelkoekjes oorspronkelijk afkomstig uit de provincie Prato in de regio Toscane. De koekjes worden net als beschuit tweemaal gebakken.

English: cantucci ([kanˈtuttʃi]), are Italian almond biscuits that originated in the Tuscan city of Prato. They are twice-baked, oblong-shaped, dry, crunchy,[1] and may be dipped in a drink, traditionally Vin Santo.
