Description
English: This quartz vein has a comb texture and is hosted within an altered andesite from Montiferru Volcanic Complex. Quartz crystals are centimeter sized and have euhedral habitus.
Sardu: Custa vena de cuartzu est tessia a pettene a-intro de rocas andesiticas alteradas, in facies propilitica, de su Cumplessu Vulcànicu de su Monteferru. Sos cristallos tenent mannària de carchi centimetru e abitu euedrale.
Italiano: Questa vena di quarzo possiede una tessitura a pettine ed è intrusa nelle andesiti propilitizzate del Complesso Vulcanico del Montiferru (Sardegna). I cristalli di quarzo posseggono habitus euedrale e sono di dimensione centimetrica.
