English: Rectangular embroidery sampler with tassels at the four corners and three bands of different instances of the alphabet. Below the alphabet is one band showing a human (hunter), dog, flowers, house, and bird and another band of flowers. At the bottom the piece reads: "Lo Hizo Teresa Alvares y Gimenez Grazalema 22 de Febrero de 1854" Translation: "Made by Teresa Alvares y Gimenez Grazalema February 22, 1854"
