Description

A sautoir by the firm Chaumet, on display as part of the "Jazz Age" exhibit at the Cleveland Museum of Art in Cleveland, Ohio, in the United States.

The French jewelry firm Chaumet was established in Paris in 1780. This piece was designed between 1920 and 1925. It is a sautoir, a necklace with a pendant on the end, and consists of diamonds, platinum, and carved rock crystal.
