The translation of "Mors sceptra ligonibus aequat" (motto at top of image) as "Death makes scepters and hoes equal" doesn't really make much sense. If you type "ligonibus" into Google translate, it does come up with "hoes". Most of the Online Latin dictionaries that I checked do not include the word, but one did come up with "mattocks" which could be translated as "hoes". Even so this sounds more like a joke to take advantage of the gullible. On the other hand, if "Hoes" is taken as argot for "Whores" the translation might make sense, as "Death makes Kings and whores equal"---In which case, as given, its still a bad translation.
