As a rough guideline, administrators usually require editors to have made more than 500 useful non-botlike edits, and to have been active in the last thirty days. Patrollers and License reviewers don't have to request this flag. Find possible candidates.

Hi there! I absolutely hate to pester administrators with yet another request, but I believe that there is valid reason for this one. I have mainly 3 reasons to use AWB: firstly, I often wish to move categories, such as Category:Our World In Data (decapitalizing In), but I would need to replace previous categorizations, which is, for me, most easily done with AWB (VFC is often troublesome and doesn't work for me). Secondly, I watch COM:BOTREQ for tasks to perform with DoggoBot, and a large amount of those are easily done with AWB. Finally, there are often trivial changes I'd like to perform in terms of spelling and grammar (e.g. Javascript to JavaScript, strike (depreciated) tags to s tags, etc.), which would be better to perform with AWB. Please assign the ability to use it in AWB. I have these rights in the Russian Wikipedia. I need AWB to work with categories. For example, you need to combine categories Category:Players of FC Zenit Saint Petersburg and Category:Players of FC Zenit. Without the help of AWB this is a very time-consuming job. Thank you. I do most of my edits in Wikidata, but sometimes, I upload batch of images with PattyPan. I just want to be able to fix some data (add a Category, etc on the pictures I've uploaded. It not to change images I didn't upload (or know the person the uploaded them). So, it's mostly to fix error I made on a batch of imported files. As a rough guideline, administrators usually require editors to have made between 1,000 and 1,500 useful, non-botlike edits or a large amount of justified renaming requests at the Commons before they will consider granting the filemover right.

Only bureaucrats can grant these rights, so please request them on the bureaucrats' noticeboard.
