Oscar Bravo is all about content. As an in-house unit, our mission is to boost the Lufthansa Group as a leader in digital aviation marketing. We do this in-house through innovative and creative intrapreneurship.

Tasks

We are looking for YOU – a COPYWRITER (all genders) – to develop and produce engaging and creative travel management and aviation content for diverse marketing topics across social media, reaching millions of customers.

What you'll do:

• Innovative Copywriting: Dive into crafting compelling copy for websites, social media, newsletters, scripts, print and more, ensuring each piece engages our German and English-speaking audiences
• Dynamic Team Collaboration: Work with marketing and design teams to transform innovative ideas into compelling narratives that inspire global customers
• Strategic Language Play: Utilize your bilingual skills to refine content, maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice across all channels
• Trendspotting and Research: Stay ahead with travel and marketing trends to inform our content strategy and maintain industry leadership
• Project steering: Manage our content calendar effectively, ensuring timely delivery of standout projects in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

What you'll need:

• Native command of German: excellent copywriter (3+ years of experience) with the ability to write creatively and adapt style and tone to suit different channels and audiences
• Excellent command of English in daily professional setting with copywriting skills in English also preferred
• Deep understanding of digital platforms. Knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools. Experience in SEO is an advantage
• Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing communication, experience in both is preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong passion for working closely with teams in creative, marketing, product, data, and IT
