ERP Business Analyst

Key Duties:

Business Analyst

• Collaborate with Group IT and end-user to translate business requirements into user stories for the new change implementation.
• Create and manage a well-prioritized backlog of user stories, complete with detailed specifications for product changes.
• Work with stakeholders to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the high quality of deliverables.
• Researching, troubleshooting, and mitigating transactional and other ERP issues.
• Creating user guides, training curriculum, policies and other pertinent documentation for internal and external partners.

Customer Relationship

• Develop, establish, and maintain long term, positive relationships with internal customers, regardless of employment level and culture.

Personal Target

• Strong results-orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, track record of product success.
• Demonstration of outstanding communication skills internally and externally, across teams and functions.
• Demonstration of attention to detail, strong organization, and planning skills.

Training

• Assists in conducting training to stakeholder.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in relevant technical fields such as Computer Science, Analytics, Business Information, etc.
• Experience with ERP system technology, and deep business understanding of ERP domains (Accounting, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Sale, Purchasing... etc.
• Know-how in communicating progress at each phase of development as appropriate, including published roadmaps, requirements, and other information.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Excellent written and verbal German skills.
• Good attention to details with a professional approach.
• Good time management skills.
• Readiness to travel locally and overseas.
• Goal-oriented, dynamic, and high sense of responsibility
• Able to work well under pressure
• Able to work self-reliantly.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
