Taavi Tamkivi will be speaking at 🎙️ the Nordic Fintech Research Symposium 2024 🌟 Taavi Tamkivi is the CEO and Founder of Salv, an Estonian anti-money laundering platform for banks and fintechs. He previously led data analysis at Bigbank, revenue assurance and fraud data science at Skype, and compliance at Wise. Taavi has built AML, fraud, and KYC teams, driving innovation in financial crime detection and compliance with smart technology. Linda Nielsen will be the Moderator of 🎙️ the Nordic Fintech Research Symposium 2024 🌟 Linda Nielsen is a Professor of Law at the University of Copenhagen (Københavns Universitet). Her academic fields include Financial Regulation, Social responsibility (CSR), Financial Regulation and Governance of New Technologies. She is the former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Copenhagen (Københavns Universitet) and has chaired numerous Danish law reform commissions and boards. From 2018-2019 she chaired Finance Denmarks Taskforce on AML. He is one of the top cited and publishing researchers in cryptography world-wide and a fellow of the The International Association for Cryptologic Research (IACR) . He has received several prestigous prozes including the 2015 RSA Award for Excellence in the Field of Mathematics and the 2023 Edsger W. Dijkstra Prize in Distributed Computing.
