Today marks the end of my internship with the Orange Egypt, Access Transmission Operations and Support team. It has been an incredible learning experience, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work alongside such a talented and knowledgeable group of professionals. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to my mentor, Mohamed Gamal for his invaluable guidance, mentorship, and support throughout my time here. His expertise and willingness to share his knowledge have been instrumental in my growth and development. I would also like to thank Ahmed Mosaad Ahmed Ibrahim Mohammed Abdelhamed Hamouda for welcoming me, and providing me with the resources and opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills in the field .The collaborative environment and willingness to help have been truly inspiring. This internship has been a pivotal step in my career journey, and I am leaving with a deeper understanding of the telecommunications industry, newfound technical capabilities, and a network of professionals I am honored to have connected with. I am excited to take these learnings and experiences with me as I continue to pursue my goals in the telecommunications field. Thank you, Orange, for this amazing opportunity. I am grateful for the time I've spent here, and I look forward to staying in touch and seeing the continued success of the team.

Our #recycled paper bags are all over #OrangeEgypt in celebration of International Plastic Bag Free Day! ♻️ Last March we collected a remarkable 23 tons of paper #waste. This significant amount was then recycled and transformed into #EcoFriendly paper bags to be used across our food court, helping us reduce our environmental impact. 🧡 #InternationalPlasticBagFreeDay #LifeAtOrange

Throughout 2024, #OrangeEgypt is dedicated to empowering breast cancer survivors by collaborating with Baheya Foundation to provide them with the skills and resources necessary to establish sustainable livelihoods. This involves: 🧡 Enhancing Baheya's facilities by supplying them with sewing machines and, 🧡 Delivering specialized technical sewing training to more than 400 survivors, enabling them to develop garment construction skills and explore entrepreneurial opportunities and, 🧡 Establishing a supportive marketplace where survivors can exhibit and sell their handcrafted products, to foster self-sufficiency and economic independence. Together we support and empower these resilient women on their journey 🌷 #CSR

Fantastic Customer Experience Workshop with Orange Egypt 🧡 I recently had the opportunity to attend a comprehensive “Customer Experience Elevation" workshop hosted by the amazing team at Orange Egypt. As a business development specialist, this was a crucial learning experience for me. The workshop covered a wide range of essential topics - from understanding the different types of customers, to developing highly effective customer-centric strategies, and ultimately turning customers into promoters of our brand. It was great to connect with colleagues from across Orange and learn about their roles and perspectives on delivering an exceptional customer experience. The level of engagement and enthusiasm in the room was truly exciting. Thank you to the customer experience team for putting together such a beneficial and enriching course. The insights I gained will be invaluable as I work to strengthen relationships with our clients and drive business growth. Ps.
