I've added the cheese to this article solely on the basis of "flavoured by leaves of mountain cherry trees" in the cited source. But I do agree the linked article could do with a re-write. ::I will probably remove the link from here. The process of finding a clear, useful definition is confounded by a langauage barrier and marketing. Anyone who can find a good source on the manufacturing process (if there is one consistent one that describes "sakura cheese" as something that actually uses sakura) is welcome to add it... I'm just uncertain on the ones we have and those I could find.
