I am a consumer protection attorney. Arbitration is one of the worst things to happen to a consumer, even if NAF is the forum. Consumers, buying an automobile for example, are never told that they are giving up their rights to a trial for dealer fraud, ect. The National Arbitration Forum author must reveal any possible connection with the Forum. If the author refuses, the article should be deleted as it is presenting biased information of which the general public would have no way of knowing without such disclosure.
