The 2023 ABL season will be the eleventh season of competition of the ASEAN Basketball League. The regular season will tip off with the 2 January 2023 in Singapore before moving to 3 more host countries. The season will end with the finals from 3 to 15 March 2023.[1] The 2023 season is expected to feature eight teams from the region.
Regular season
The new season will have a new format. There will be four rolling tournaments before the lead up to best-of-three semi-finals and finals. At the end of the four tournaments, each team would have played one another twice, and a total of 14 matches. The top four teams at the end of the regular season would advance to the semi-finals.[1]
