Additional info

I'm not sure how best to find this stuff to back this up, sorry, but from memory there have been other Ministers for Auckland (or Minister for Auckland Issues), so this isn't a *new* role, it is just a role that has been revived. Judith Tizard was "Minister assisting the Prime Minister on Auckland issues": 10 December 1999 - 15 August 2002. This could be a point to help flesh out the article.
