[[Fokole]] ([[Special:WhatLinksHere/Fokole|what links there?]]) is a town in eastern Liberia.

If Fokole were a place in Britain or the US, it would have had its own page for years. If in Latin America or Continental Europa, it ''might'' have had its page already - or else you could consult other Wikipedias. Africa is still vastly underrepresented at Wikipedia. Not because we are such bad people, but just ... reasons. It's out of our scope, both literally (not around the corner) and figuratively: you can't obtain data about Africa as easily. But Africans are coming to the internet in ever bigger numbers. No doubt this issue will fix itself one day. I will regularly check these links to see when.

* As of 13:52, 11 May 2022 (UTC), the link is red. No pages link to it, other than my user page.
* As of 09:36, 9 September 2022 (UTC), the link is still red and unlinked, apart from my own user page.
* As of 18:06, 24 September 2023 (UTC), still no pages link to it. Screw it. I all but lost my interest in Wikipedia, anyway.

I'm not doing a single edit at the English Wikipedia. It always, always, always gets reverted by senior editors with more authority.
