This is a list of extreme points of New England, which are points that extend farther north, south, east or west than any other part of New England. There is also the highest, lowest point and the geographic center.

Northernmost point Estcourt Station, Maine, opposite Pohenegamook, Quebec
Southernmost point Great Captain Island, Connecticut
Westernmost point In Greenwich, Connecticut, Approximately 1 mile west of I-684, in Fairfield County (near the intersection of High Hill Road and King Street)
Easternmost point Quoddy Head, Maine (also the easternmost point in the United States)
Northernmost town Madawaska, Maine
Southernmost town Byram, part of Greenwich, Connecticut
Westernmost town Greenwich, Connecticut (American Lane)
Easternmost town Lubec, Maine
Highest Point Mount Washington {6,288 ft. (1916.6 m) }, New Hampshire (Sargent's Purchase/Thompson and Meserve's Purchase)
Lowest Point Sea Level
Geographic Center Raymond, New Hampshire, Wakefield, New Hampshire, and Sanford, Maine all claim to be the geographic center
