Does this make sense as a standalone article?

It isn't very clear to me that this makes sense as a standalone article distinct from the Creative Commons license page. I would propose merging it into the main license page, and linking to CC's own (and inevitably more up-to-date) lists of ports rather than maintaining a duplicative list here. -LuisVilla (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 15:56, 19 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Update and rename needed

Maracke no longer works for CC since mid 2009. See http://creativecommons.org/international for current info.

Also, the article refers to "Creative Commons International" and "CCI" as a noun that

is a "port" for Creative Commons Licenses to different copyright legislations around the world.

This doesn't really make sense. CC does port licenses to different jurisdictions, but CCI is not an organization nor is it a name for individual license ports. I'd recommend changing the name of the article to "Creative Commons jurisdiction ports" or similar and the text accordingly.

I'd make the change but work for CC.

Good idea. This is done. -Jordon Kalilich (talk) 00:52, 11 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Removing Ireland from the licenses in development section

Anonymous editor 1.167.91.225 edited in Special:Diff/724266452 to say (Ireland should be removed from this section because of being in Creative Commons 3 since Feb 2012). I've moved that statement from the article here and have not verified this claim any further. 80.221.159.67 (talk) 18:33, 10 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
