Reason: Multiple IPs (presumably one person) keep re-adding incorrect information on the origin. Given the IPs have only edited Wikipedia to add this one piece of misinformation [1] [2] [3] [4] and have disregarded the article which gives a proper explanation as to the origin I believe it's vandalism from one person using either proxies or just a dynamic IP address.
