I think there is a residence within the park. I don't know what it really is but I think it is a residence for a caretaker. Sam Tomato (talk) 18:20, 9 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, there is a resident caretaker; see "O’Melveny Park Ban Leaves Track Clubs Benched" in VVDecember2015Web.pdf. I will also use Package 1-sided.pdf as a reference since it is a City of Los Angeles document showing a sub-account for "Caretaker Facility - O'Melveny Park".
