Terrence "Terry" Connolly (ca. 1958 – 25 September 2007) was an Australian politician and judge.

Connolly received a Bachelor of Laws (hons) and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Adelaide and a Masters in Public Law from the Australian National University. He was registered to practice as a barrister and solicitor in South Australia in 1982 and in the Australian Capital Territory in 1985. He worked as a legal adviser in the Commonwealth Attorney Generals Department and Department of Foreign Affairs.[1]

Connolly became an Australian Labor Party Member of the Australian Capital Territory Legislative Assembly in 1990 on the resignation of Paul Whalan and served as Attorney General from 1991 to 1995. He resigned from the Assembly in 1996 and was appointed Master of the Australian Capital Territory Supreme Court. He was appointed a judge of the court in January 2003.

Connolly died of a heart attack while cycling with a group around Parliament House in Canberra.[2]
