April Winchell is a voice actress, radio talk show host, and commentator living in Santa Monica, California. She is the daughter of American ventriloquist Paul Winchell.

As a voice actress, she was a regular character in the television show Recess, appeared in various Disney animated movies, and was known for years as the Glendale Federal Bank lady, in which she portrayed a cranky and cynical woman mollified by the service at her new bank. As a radio talk show host, she hosted a weekend program on KFI AM 640. As a commentator, he works appear on her web site and also comments regularly on the Ask Mr. KABC program.
