The 1808 treaty is referred to as Treaty of Fort Clark. We now have two articles. There's some additional good info here. I will merge this article into the stronger Treaty of Fort Clark. There has always been confusion because the Fort Clark in question is now more popularly known as Fort Osage. A google of Osage Treay refers to a subsequent 1824 treaty. But the most important treaty was the 1808 treaty. Americasroof 11:27, 3 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
