He was best known on screen for his role in Larry Clark's controversial 1995 film Kids, playing the role of Harold.

As a professional skateboarder, he was sponsored most notably by Zoo York. Though, he reportedly excepted free product from anybody.

Somewhere around 4 p.m., Friday, February 17, 2006, Harold's brother discovered him in his Lower East Side apartment dead from an apparent cocaine overdose. Cops later stated that they retrieved cocaine "on and around the body". He was 31 years old.
